We have been a part of a handful of weddings that Gerry coordinated and knew that when that day arrived for us, we had to have her be a part of our special day. Our wedding venue provided a coordinator and we quickly learned that there was no way we could do it without Gerry. She was not only our coordinator/planner but our friend through it all. She was ACCESSIBLE, and creative, provided INSIGHTFUL advice when it came to vendors, and made everything so easy and seamless. She participated in meetings/calls with our florist, venue coordinator, and photographer/videographer. With all of her experience, she knows what to ask and how to handle everything....timeline, ceremony details, bridal party coordination, toasts, dances....to sum it up - the entire night! If there was an issue at our wedding, we never knew it. Gerry and her team just handle it...they coordinate the smallest of detail to the biggest part of the ceremony. She is professional and ensures that the day/night and any event leading up to it are perfect! One of the highlights of our night was getting Gerry on the dance floor with us!

It is going to be so hard to put into words how amazing this woman it is, but I am certainly going to try! We just got married at Rancho San Antonio in Santa Ynez, and had the most PERFECT day, which could not have happened without Gerry. She was available to us whenever we had questions while planning, and met with us throughout the process to organize our special day.
When the weekend finally came, she worked from morning to night both Friday preparing and setting up with us, and Saturday making sure every single thing was perfect. I left all of my decor and signs and boxes of set-up items that I had collected for months in her hands-on Friday, and when I got to our site Saturday, I was blown away at how beautifully she had put it all together!! I am a bit OCD and have trouble putting things in other people's hands, but not with her!! She put everything together in ways even better than I had envisioned and did not forget even one small detail.
And then the wedding day timeline! She kept us on track and ensured that every single one of the wedding events we wanted to cram into our few hours happened, and kept us on schedule, all while also letting us have our fun and spend time with our guests. The owner of our venue commented they had never seen a planner work so hard.
And the next day, when we came to collect our things, everything was packed up for us and with such great care for our collectibles. Our toasting glasses, cake serving set, etc. were all cleaned and put back in their boxes for us. Awesome!! Our day could not have been better and we have this lovely woman, no actually, lovely friend, to thank. Thank you, Gerry!

Where do I even begin... Words cannot express how thankful and how much we appreciated all the HARD work Gerry put into our special day.
She went above and beyond our expectations and made sure everything was PERFECT! Being a bride isn't the easiest task especially when it gets down to the wire, but when you have someone as talented as Gerry things just cannot go wrong. She is there for you when you have questions, concerns, stressful moments, meltdowns (LOL) &, etc. She was definitely my right hand throughout this whole thing.
On the night of the rehearsal dinner, I still was not 100% sure where I wanted all the decorations and was still unsure about little details... I let Gerry take over because I knew I didn't have time to figure things out, especially because I was not coming back to the wedding location until the ceremony started the next day. Let's just say she did not let me down! OMG things were just beautiful. She made my dreams a reality.
It’s because of her our day went so smoothly. We will be forever grateful and will always remember how insanely perfect our wedding day was.
